When I doubt that one step will make a difference, I take two small steps. If I think that two steps won’t leave a dent, I take three. Every time I feel like giving up, and that’s just about every day, I make a decision to take just one more step. Remember, always push yourself just a little further than what’s comfortable. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. And make it a habit to take one more step every time you feel like giving up.
