At times, life feels like a roller coaster. So many twists and turns make it seem the world has been turned upside down. In letting go and releasing control, there’s freedom. By confronting fear and conquering obstacles one by one, you'll find the courage to handle the ride.  Embracing this concept altered my perspective. Going with the flow, everything changed. Surrendering to natural movement, tension decreased. Consciously giving in and resisting the need to know led to a newfound sense of control.

Balance Beyond the Busyness

Busyness is used as a measure of success. If able to do more, have more and be more, we somehow feel in control of our lives. If you feel this way, you’ve come to the right place.
