I’m a life coach, author and blogger. I started Inspireu2Action to help individuals, like yourself, find balance and become the most authentic version of themselves so that they can break through to their potential.

A pursuit to find purpose has been a life-long journey for me. It’s my mission to help you discover true meaning beyond the busyness. With a right mindset, you can turn even the most menial of tasks into meaningful action that will consistently take you closer to your goals.

About Julie

Beauty is found in the simple things. Yet busyness of everyday life can overwhelm you if you’re not careful. Still, you can enjoy the most typical of days filled with even the most routine of chores. And you can get through the day with a positive mindset. But a decision to live such a life is intentional. If you wish to tap into greatness within, you must take what once felt meaningless and turn it into a life full of purposeful action.

Every one of us is born with the potential to do great things. Even so, the hustle and bustle of a busy lifestyle can make it challenging to slow down long enough to realize it. Much of life is made up of the ordinary, making it even more difficult to recognize the extraordinary.

Life isn’t just about getting up, rushing to work, working all day, returning home to do chores and go to bed, only to get up and do it again the next day. But if unaware, much of life will turn into just that. If you allow ordinary life to keep you preoccupied, you won’t have energy left over to step into the exceptional.

A desire to reach your full potential may be there, but you just might lack the courage to act on it. You need to find the keys to unlock your potential. Once found, do whatever it takes to stay encouraged.

If you hope to accomplish anything of significance, the person that you need to encourage is yourself. Even the smallest step deserves recognition and should be celebrated. Don’t wait for praise or approval from others.

You are your own best advocate. Do it for yourself. Inspire Yourself to Action.
