“Confidence is key. What you think about yourself becomes your reality. Believe that you can and you will.”-Julie Barbera
As I reflect on the past year, I’m reminded of things that I would have done differently. There are things I’m proud of that I’ll continue to do. And there are others that I was unable to build up the courage to do.
At times, I get caught up in what I did or didn’t do. The tendency is to forget the who that controls why I respond the way I do. There is genuinely a why behind why I started and a who beyond the do.
This year, resolve to be the best version of you. While you may want to add some goals, it may not be necessary to change what you do. You may just need to change your perspective. If you’ve committed to starting the new year with a new you, just start by being true to yourself.
